Lemax #85674 Caddington Village "Meyer's Bakery" 2008 Lighted Building 

This is an estate sale item that was described to me as new in box. However, upon inspection, I believe it has been previously displayed and simply stored in its box. The paint has a few imperfections that seem to be common with this brand. None of the pieces were loose but could have been re-glued at some point. The bottom is a little rough with small chips in the edge. Item is priced accordingly and sold as-is. It is in good display condition and comes with the light. 

Shipping is always a risk when boxes are bounced around. ALL pieces are intact and attached at time of listing, but this item may need minor repairs upon receipt. Please look at all pics as part of the description and ask questions if something is important to you.
