This is a Debbie Thibault, "Uncle Sam, 4th of July" figurine, vintage from "1998".  It is signed and numbered by DebbieThibault,  #46/2500.  It measures 8 1/2 inches tall and 2 1/2 inches from side to side.  It will be a great addition to your collection. This is an estate sale find and It is in great vintage shape with no cracks or chips.  Buyer pays for shipping and handling.
