Figure is mint and complete in original package.  The bubble looks like it may have been resealed by the original owner.  Bubble has a little discoloration, but it is not as bad as many examples I have seen.  The card has creases and a lot of wear at the top right corner.  Figure is about 4" tall.  Dated 1984.
