This listing is for a pair of Vintage Isaacson-Carrico Pink Ruffled Baby Bloomers/Diaper Cover in Size 3.  They have an elastic waist and elastic at the leg openings.  There are ruffles on the seat of the bloomers.  They are in excellent preowned condition with no holes or stains.
