RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope you are delighted with your purchase from us.
Please note that unless faulty, we are not able to accept any returns. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately:
IF YOU RETURN A PRODUCT TO US:
A) Because you have cancelled the order within the seven-day cooling-off period we will refund the price of the Product in full.
However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item (including any instructions and accessories) to us.
B) Because you consider that the Product is defective, we will examine the returned item.
If we find it to be defective, we will (at our discretion) either issue you with a refund or organise a replacement to be sent to you
at the earliest opportunity (at our expense).

All Products being returned must be adequately packed or in the original package to prevent damage.
If you require us to arrange for collection there may be a charge payable for this.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
