This is an unattributed flower (maybe lotus) countermark within recessed oval on obverse of the Spain Philippines 1868 20 Centavos Isabel II coin. Some say this is a Dutch countermark intended for colonial use. Probably unique! It's for you to decide. You will get the coin as pictured.
