Tips:

1. Filter cup cannot be used alone, to be used with filter paper.

2. Brewing principle: Release the essence of coffee with braised and steamed way.

Operation method:

1. Fill the coffee cup with hot or cold water. Pour the hot or cold water into glass pot, then mark the position of the water that a cup of coffee needed. (Other cups in the similar way).

2. Pour boiling hot water into the hand-brew pot, and then let it stand and cool slowly.

3. Fold filter paper, then put it into the brew cup, put the brew cup on the coffee pot. 

4. Use hot water to rinse filter paper and warm the cup and glass pot , then pour out the water.

5. Put the coffee powder (a cup of about 1-1.5 tablespoons) into the cup with filter paper, tap the side of the cup to make the surface of coffee powder slightly flat.

6. Rinse the middle coffee powder with hot water, then soak the other coffee powder from the middle to the edge.

7. Soaked coffee powder and put it aside for about 20-30 seconds (This is the water cut-off or braised and steamed type.)

8. Pour hot water into coffee powder from the middle to the edge, then back to the middle, rinse coffee powder repeatedly until finish a cup of coffee .


Note:

1. Follicular brew coffee uses moderate grinding coffee powder.

2. To hot cup before using the filter cup and coffee pots.

3. For the first time to pour hot water into cup, you need to make sure that all the coffee powder can be moistened with moisture to make it expand.

4. The quantity of hot water need to be accordant with the number of people, hot water can be poured about 4~6 tomes. Make sure that pouring new water before hot water inside the cup has not yet completely finished dropping or the bubble has not yet completely disappeared.

5. Hot water cannot exceed the upper limit of the filter paper.

6. When the bubble becomes pale and loess color, it shows that extraction has finished.

7. The use of small mouth pot as a hand-brew pot can effectively control the water column size and stability of the water column.
