Super fun cute Vintage dress

Don’t know the brand of this dress or size.  There are no tags.

Approximate measurements were taken lying flat. 

Buttons in the front has elastic in back half of waist. Has two front pockets and a very wide hemline.

Part of the seam on one side appears to have let loose in three spots under arm and again by the waist by a belt loop. Tried to capture these in the last few photos.  Ask for more if needed.  

Must have been a small belt but no longer have.

There are no stains that I can see.

Maybe this could be used as a display on mannequin?
