This is a great quality custom made vinyl sticker decal that will help you personalise almost anything!

These are made to order and are cut with our professional machines.

They are incredibly versatile and can be used on things like:

Almost any other non-porus smooth surface!

The sizes are based on the entire height of the sticker (from the top of the tall letters to the bottom of the long letters)

The length of the sticker will vary depending on the amount of letters ordered and the font chosen.

As these are made to order, we can easily customise them according to your requirements. Please contact us if you have any requests or for bespoke ordering or sizes.

How to personalise

Letting us know the personalisation for your order is a simple process. When you are placing your order, during the checkout process, please use the ‘MESSAGE TO SELLER’ and make sure to add it once you have written your details. Remember to include the text, number and colour you'd like.

If no colour is requested, we will send it out in the default black. If we do not receive the personalisation text in the message to seller or via a message sent, we will message you to ask for the personalisation details. We will not send out the product, we will make sure to get the text details before sending.

Alternatively, you can message us with the details after you have purchased the item.

Please note that we will copy and paste the details over from your note or message, so please ensure that you put the details in exactly as you require it (including the use of punctuation, capital and lower case letters etc.)

transfer instructions

You will receive this decal on backing paper with transfer tape on it. (from medium and larger, each line will be separate to help you transfer it neatly.)

Clean the desired surface well before starting.

Peel the transfer tape together with the vinyl carefully (you may need to press the transfer tape down to make sure that the vinyl lifts off with it.)

Apply the vinyl together with the transfer tape on to the surface and press down well.

Carefully remove the transfer tape, making sure that the vinyl stays in place.

We are a small business that creates and sells personalised gifts and stickers. We sell products such as pens, makeup bags, jewellery boxes and wallets etc as well as custom made vinyl stickers and decals.

We personally customise or create each product according to your requirements. The limit to our creations only stop with your imagination! If you want something personalised in a particular way or would like a particular font or sticker etc, please message us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

We accept PayPal and all credit and debit cards as methods of payment.

Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all orders!

We dispatch using Royal Mail 2^nd class post, so most orders will arrive within 2-3 days of dispatch.

Any orders place before 11am on Monday – Friday will be processed and sent out the same day (if all the personalisation details are sent correctly.) Orders placed after that will be dispatched the next working day.

Please note, if we need to message you about the personalisation details, the order may be delayed.

We offer great discounts on multiple buys, as we combine postage and packaging costs.

We send all our orders carefully packaged, so they should arrive in perfect condition. If there is an issue with the item on arrival, please contact us in the first instance and we will do our best to resolve it. In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then we are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

We do deliver worldwide with ebay’s international shipping program. These orders are handled by ebay who will charge independently for the international postage costs.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund process. You can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.

You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
