This is a really beautiful Jean Varon dress with a sequinned chiffon ovelay over a fit and flare acetate shell.

It fastens with self-covered buttons behind.

Delicate sequin work to corsage and fitted cuffs.

Absolutely pristine condition for a dress of this age with no signs of wear.

This would probably best fit a current Size 8.

Bust measures 34 inches, waist measures 26 inches  - there's not a lot of stretch in the fabric.

Length from shoulder to hem measures 54 inches.
