The upper tray can be used in a Turbo HMMWV but not the lower without modifications.

These were new trays that were bulk packed so not metal damage but expect scratches in finish.

2 Quick release Pins to join trays- Zinc Steel

If your HMMWV does not have the feet on the floor board to mount a radio tray, those two feet are 20.00 for the pair.  Let me know if you need those.  They are not included with the tray setup.
