It used to be in an Army green wooded box, which was painted and used as a tool box. This makes me think that this was a military field camera at life beginning. 

It is 3 1/4" X 4 1/4" but also comes with the roll converter and film cutter cassette. 

It has some VERY sought-after lens (3 in total) Schneider Kreuznach 1:5.5 / 300 Lens, Schneider Kreuznach Xenar 1:4.5 / 135 and Dallymeyer Anastigmat f/4.5

All Lens apertures work and shutters function. I am basing the price on similar items sold on here and the value of the parts I can identify.
