Original authentic WWI French / Canadian military cavalry leather saddlebag wallets
Stamped with the C Broad arrow, dated 1915 and what I believe to be the maker's mark for Winnipeg Saddlery Co.
A fantastic find, these are in good condition with scuffs, marks and wear associated with age and use. The sturdy leather is a little stiff but is in good condition. Some of the stitching has come undone at the top of the bags. There is a small buckled strap missing from the inner side of one of the bags. The buckles and fastening straps are in good order.
A rare collector's piece, originally worn placed over a horse's neck, this is still very practical for use today for a vintage motorcycle or bicycle.
