Two placemats or cocktail mats featuring the famous romantic Cafe de la Paix in Paris.

The Cafe de la Paix has embodied Parisian life since it opened in 1862. It has watched generations of Parisians meet, find love, and share moments together over coffee.

The linen placemats are a true lovely pink color. Featuring a cafe scene in pastel colors and a very MCM design. The two placemats show two different angles of the cafe. Pink is difficult to photograph. Best representation of color is main photo.

The set is in very, very good condition. No holes, stains or wear. Few areas of slight bleed at the edge. See last photo. Not noticeable in use. Hand-laundered and pressed.

Placemats measure 19 1/2" wide X 13 1/4" high.
