My daughter purchased this lovely set of (4) Purple/Lavender/Pink flowered placemats at an estate sale in 2000. The woman she purchased them from said they had belonged to her mother who bought them when she was on a trip to England in the 1980s or 1990s. Apparently when her mother got them home they were put in a drawer to be used ‘for good’ and they stayed there unused. My daughter did the same and thus they were never used by her or the original owner!

The placemats are in excellent condition with no tears, stains or odors. They measure approximately 18” long and 12” wide and are made from a burlap type material. The flower pattern on each mat is very distinct and the colors are still bright and vibrant.

A beautiful set of placemats for any occasion or a wonderful gift especially for the purple/lavender enthusiast.
