Ok once again  I acquired a whole bunch of unused postage stamps.  Before I just stick them on a letter to mail I figured I would see if anyone had another use for them. Which these seem to have lines or a uniform ripple to them, from the time they were made?? It does show in the scans for you to see.  Which I will try to call what I see for you BUT I know NOTHING about grading stamps so PLEASE look at the scans closely for yourself.    If you have any questions PLEASE ask.
