This is work of is "The Toy Shop" by Anton Pieck. It's a diorama constructed from layering several copies of the same piece on top of itself.

What's most unique about this one in particular, it's been autographed by the cast and crew of a "The Mystery Of Edwin Drood" musical. I can't trace this particular production or any of the roughly 20 signatures. Along with the actors' and actress' signatures are the names of the characters they played.
