Purchased at Nordstrom Rack as you see it in pictures. Missing a decorative safety pin brooch that holds two skirt sides together (see origin pictures). The substitute can be easily purchased from the department stores, or it can be worn as a body with jeans or tight leather leggings. Also, there are couple pulled threads and a run, probably from people not being careful with a delicate material at the store. I will list it as pre-owned, even though I have never worn it. Othetwise, a unique and georgeous piece for a fashion forward woman!
