Top measures 13" armpit to armpit ... 15" in length from the top shoulder seam to the bottom hem 

Bottoms measure 8 1/4" through the elastic waistband area...12 1/8" in length

Pajamas are used and do have minimal signs of wear (see photos)...these pajamas were my son's favorite set and he wore them winter and summer
