A lovely copy of this anthology of 38 wood engravings collected in honour of boxwood blockmaker Stanley Lawrence. It was printed by The Whittington Press in 1980, and is bound in quarter cloth with marbled paper boards, the top edge is gilt. The contributors include Miriam Macgregor, Simon Brett, Joan Hassall, Agnes Miller Parker, Garrick Palmer and many others. I can find no faults with the book, there is some minor scuffing to the slipcase.
