In appearance, the MC-25 SA is quite similar to the older Salora SRP-24.
The MC25 is an Advanced Radio Phone (ARP) that uses the radio frequency 450mhz.

For being over 40 years old, the phone is in incredibly good condition.
I have started the phone and it lights up and the speaker sounds, it also responds to transmission and channel change, but more than that it is not tested.
The pictures clearly show that the phone starts up, I have set the channel to the last digit of the serial number (89).
To be approved for air freight and to protect the phone from damage, the batteries have been removed.

HISTORY TO SIMILAR PHONE: Mobira/Salora MD 25 D10-1, 1981-84
In October 1981 the Nordic radiophone network NMT 450 (Nordisk Mobiltelefon) was brought into practice in Sweden. The network came to Finland in the spring of 1982. Mobira got their first process-controlled NMT 450 car phone models into the market already in April of 1981.
Mobira MD25 D10 was the first NMT 450 car / portable phone (12V) of Mobira, Salora's and Nokia's joint radiophone factory. The phone weighed approximately 10 kg and cost about 20 000 Fmk. By changing the phone models operating unit, Mobira Senator (Televa 801) turned into Mobira Combi (Televa Trafik) or Mobira Quattro (Televa Cargo). Mobira Quattro was especially designed for hard professional use, for example utility vehicles.
The phones had a separate operating unit (handset) and headphone, abbreviated dialling memory for 50 numbers, dialled number screening, redial function and electronic locking. With the use of a car kit the phone could be connected to a Hands Free unit. Because of these phone models Mobira became the market leader in the Nordic countries in 1983.

Electronic items that is made before the 1980s-1990s is very sensitive and requires special care.

Remember, that after opening the parcel and checking the condition of the device, wait 12 hours before connecting the device to the power supply. 
Temperature differences and external moisture may cause the device to malfunction or damage it.

When you buy several decades old used vintage you can always assume that the item has some small wears or marks, always count on that even if it can be difficult to see the small details in the pictures. 
This is old used vintage, do not buy this if you require it to be brand new (made in the present) and completely without any wears.
