Hello,

This is an analog crt display for an analog oscilloscope.  With some additional equipment it could be used for everything from electronic work and testing, signal analysis, antenna tuning, and with the addition of a UHF/VHF tuner and a speaker you could use it to watch TV for short periods of time if desired.
