The box is in excellent clean pre-owned condition, some minor wear and tear to the corners.

The cards are fabulous as new condition,  no damage, rips, or tears.

The guidebook is in good clean condition but has  pen writing in the back of the book and some pen underlining to so me pages - shown in the photos.
