Don't know much about racing this plaque looks like it is custom made it is wrapped in a plastic and is in pristine/mint condition. It is 17 in wide by 12 in tall by 1 inch thick and weighs almost a 1 lb 4 oz it is a storage find it was wrapped in a huge Ziploc bag took it out and left it in the plastic that it's in now.
