I have tried to show enough packaging pictures to verify why I feel this is in mint /near mint condition. There are no dents or wrinkles in the plastic bubble packaging. Just a couple hard to see rub marks on the plastic from when it was boxed next to other figures. I could not get a clear picture that could show these. I purchased this from the store and have had it stored in a cardboard box with other Ultima Online figures for 20 years.
