Estate sale find. From a rural Nebraska farmstead of 60 years. I have provided pictures to show condition so please inspect those closely. Overall, the paper covering for the structure is in very good condition. I don’t see any molding or foxxing. There is some bowing of the walls of the structure (typical of these) and wear along folded edges. Some tearing where sections join together. The color in the graphics is bright and clean and it holds together where it should. There are minimal tape marks and one price written on the side in what appears to be wax pencil. There appears to be a bottom flap missing that closes up the bottom of the case and secures to the lower wing nut. Again, please inspect photos very carefully - this set is not complete.

Accessories include:

Curtains and rod: there is one curtain tab that is torn

Desk: cross support piece on the bottom has a torn tab where it goes under the bookcase end of the desk.

Armchair: great condition

Game table: the third support of the table base is missing and one of the arms that holds up the table from underneath is bent and torn

Two table chairs: both in great shape

Two end tables and bird cage: all in great condition with some minor wear to one of the flaps that connects the bird cage to the two tables.

Blue paper rug: has been gently folded and rolled - could be ironed flat with a cool iron and light steam

Lamp shade only: does have the insert that the base fits into

TV and Record player: both in great condition, but they are taped shut with scotch tape (not cellophane)

3 Barbie magazines

Vanity stool and vanity shelf: the stool has very minor damage to the tab that folders over for the stool seat - but otherwise, great condition (I think it was intially put together wrong - the smaller panel of slats should have folded to the inside for the tabs to go in, but I’m going to leave it as is). The vanity shelf will need repair, but looks like it can be repaired (see photo)

3 wall portraits (the flower is missing). Tabs on the wall will need to be tightened up for all three to stay in place.

Bed base with top: great condition

2 fabric panels that I believe go with the vanity somehow.

1 blue Barbie phone (the folded paper phone was not included in this when I bought it)
