NEW-YORK N.Y. Illinois State license sticker. Notra Cognoc etc in French for 3 lines."

Bottle was given to me full of Cognac from a person who acquired it in France during WWll.  It was encased in metal wires.  It was opened during the pandemic, ooh so good.
