*RARE* 1859 "THE NOVELS OF SIR WALTER SCOTT" VOL 2 1.5kg ILLUSTRATED BOOK (P8)

Great *RARE* antique large HEAVY 1.5kg fine binding hardback book from 1859 containing six fiction novels by Sir Walter Scott. Contains amazing illustrations throughout. This is volume 2 and contains Ivanhoe, The Black Dwarf, Legend Of Montrose, Heart Of Midlothian, Bride of Lammermoor and The Monastery. Photos 1 & 24 show that the top of the cover spine has split and flaps about. Photos 22 & 23 show that there is foxing on the last three pages. Page binding and other pages inside are in great condition especially as the book is 165 years old. 

Measures 25cm tall x 16cm wide x 4.75cm thick. Weighs 1.5kg.
