Solid Brass 8" Nautical Mariner's Quadrant Pendulum Sailboat Tilt Wall Decor

Rustic Patina, Could be cleaned and shined by buyer. Needs three #6 brass screws to mount. Measures 7-3/4" Wide 6-7/8" Tall.
Solid Cast Brass, looks like it was originally very shinny possibly gold plated, but not sure.
