The C2-2655 Universal Scaler PLUS from TV One allows you to convert just about any type of video signal to just about any other signal with less than two frames of latency. It can support resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 at 60 Hz and will accept as well as output composite, component, VGA, DVI, and HDMI, plus can output only via SDI.
