Great creativity while designing ceramics-based items and  stylish approach to handmade finishing of each and every product is the combination the Italian Ceramiche Bruno Costenaro company can be proud of. Each item labeled with „B.C.” letters is produced meticulously in compliance with all the established practices and principles, in order to allow for creating a product that is ideal, neatly formed, and characterized by top class finishing. Each element is modeled in accordance with recommendations of Bruno Costenaro and is compliant with his own taste, the taste of his clients, and market trends. After producing the very first model, molds for making end product in a  satisfactory manner are manufactured. That is how the long process of making  beautiful ceramics starts.

It all started when Bruno Costenaro, born in Bassano in 1940, started learning about the intricacies of ceramic product manufacturing. He was 13 back then and worked in companies in Marostica and Cassola. At the age of 20, he decided to create exquisite Italian ceramics on his own. He started the undertaking with his two partners in the city of Vallonara, but afterwards – he decided to manage his own business undertaking in Pianezze.

With time, demand for his goods started increasing and his brand was moved to Molvena. At the very beginning, a tiny production-oriented undertakings took place in the basement of his new mansion, but after many misfortunes, he finally decided to build a workshop neighboring his house. It has been operating to this day. It shows that family-run manufacturing houses have nothing to be afraid of and can create truly luxurious items as well. The power of the manufacture is truly amazing, mainly due to the creativity of its employees, innovativeness, interest in exporting goods, and the ability to deal with the crisis in the field of its operation. Throughout the years, the company has been employing over seventy workers, who have been taught commerce by Costenaro. Among them, there are his children, who have been managing the business.

On 26th March 2000, Bruno Costenaro was awarded with an honorary title of a master artisan of the Vicenza province; he had been behaving exceptionally, both in his personal life and professionally, being exceptionally engaged in his work and willing to share his knowledge with future generations. Since then, the Ceramiche Bruno Costenaro manufacture has been considered to be one of the most prestigious ceramics producers in the area. Its representatives have always been looking to the future with hope and determination, as well as carrying out examinations aiming at maintaining the satisfaction of the client purchasing artistic products at the highest level possible.

How does the process of making such stylish ceramics look like?

Each and every ceramic element taken from a mold is then finished by hand and covered with lacquer by opting for the „a bagno” (dunking) method in compliance with the colors selected by the client (such as: white, black, ruby red, cobalt blue, emerald green, etc.), and is then burned out in the temperature of 1020 degrees.
Thanks to such treatment, every item is durable and looks neat. At the end of the process, every item is finished by hand thanks to the skills of Italian decorators, who introduce golden and platinum patterns to the products. After additional heat treatment in the temperature of approximately 600 \ 700 degrees, the final item is not only sturdy, but also perfectly finished. After polishing, every single element is labeled. A quality certificate issued by the factory is then inserted into a protective container in which the ceramic item is to be stored. Products are packed in cardboard boxes by means of utilization of a state-of-the-art packing machine, which also makes soft cushions that prevent the goods from breaking.

Thanks to such an innovative packing method, there have never been any problems with damaged or destroyed products. All cardboard boxes are placed on an euro pallet (80 cm width x 120 cm length), thanks to which goods are properly secured and the risk of some of them going missing is close to zero. After delivery, the client can be sure that he or she has purchased an item from the legendary Ceramiche Bruno Costenaro.
As of today, the manufacture also offers: gifts, items sets including baskets, vases, frames, ashtrays, plates, columns, cachepots, mirrors, panels, candlesticks, clocks, tables, and decorative swans.
