This guitar has had a broken headstock with fractures by the nut that extends to the 1st fret. You will need to nurse it back to health. There are two stress cracks that are in the wood on both sides of the nut (photographed). Someone hopefully will be able to breath new life into this guitar! Besides the obvious issue with the neck, the rest of the guitar is in pretty good shape. There are scratches and marks on the back off the guitar (buckle rash) but that doesn't affect the playability. 

The electronics are all original and the truss rod works and turns in both directions freely.
