The shipping price stated is for the most of mainland UK, but excludes the highlands area of Scotland, Northern Island, Isle of Man. If you wish to have an item delivered to any part of UK but is not mainland then please ask for a quote before bidding.

We do not ship any items overseas due to high shipping costs and increased risk of loss/damage.

Almost all of the goods we sell have been previously owned. Whilst all items are tested, it may not have been always possible to test every function, so please bear this in mind when leaving feedback. If an item arrives with a fault we will ensure that we will do everything we can to assist you so that you are 100% satisfied. We also request that this is done within 14 days of receipt.

DISPATCH

We will only ship to within the UK. Items are usually despatched within two working days after cleared payment has been received.

FEEDBACK

Please leave feedback when you receive your item (s). This lets us know that your item (s) has arrived safely. If you have or experience any problem (s) please contact us in the first instance and allow us to rectify any issues that you have.

COLLECTIONS

Items can be collected from our office address which is Cash Generator, Queens Mews, Albert Road, Penarth, CF64 1BZ. To arrange collections please email us through eBay. Collections are possible between 9.30 am and 4pm Monday to Friday.

WARRANTY/RETURNS

Unless sold as faulty or for spares/repairs if an item described as working and is found to be faulty or not as described we will request that the item be returned to us and if the item is found to be faulty or not as described the return postage will be refunded.

However if the returned item does not have any faults and is exactly as described the return postage will be down to the buyer. Returns have to initiated within 14 days from receipt of purchase. All returns have to be within a 30 day period, failure to do so can result in a delay of any refund due.
