Great product! Used by my MIL. Gave us peace of mind knowing she could reach us or other help by the push of a button. Even if the person is still independent and mobile, they can use this when out and about—if they get lost they can call for directions, if they get low on gas, they can call for assistance finding local gas station, push the button if they fall in a store, etc. this product is not specific to one location. It is very mobile and service travels with the user. Highly recommend using this type of service.
