this is a small 5 1/2" wide x 9" high x 6" deep black globular, pedestal ceremonial pot with strap handle and one spout on top of a deity figure with animals on the side and a bird on the strap.  Culture is: Chimu-Lambayeque. Provenance: near village of Lambayeque on North Coast of Peru. Age: 1400 a.d. This item may be a vintage reproduction of an original pre Columbian artifact.
