FNB Clearwater Florida 1929 Type 2 ... Holder Slabbed As A PMG AU 50. Appears To Be OVER Graded.

Interesting Note. This Note Was Graded BY PMG Many Years Ago. My OLD Eyes Are Bad, But This Looks More Like
A '35' Note. Maybe A '40' On A REALLY Good Day.

Heritage's Most Recent Sale Of This Bank Was A Type 1 VF 35 Note. To Me, It Brought A Crazy Price of $3,360 Almost 2 Years Ago. That Note Looks Under Graded To Me... Stack's Last Sale Of A VF 35 TYPE 2 $5 Brought $1,680, 2 Years Before The Heritage VF 35 Sale.

I'm Going To Price This Note, Not At The Heritage Price, Or Something Crazy As If This Note Was REALLY AN AU 50......
I'm Going To Take Stack's Price For a '35' Graded Note, Add A Little For The 4 Year Interim And Go With $1,750...

I Just Hope Some DEALER Doesn't Buy This Note And Stick It To A New Collector For A HUGE Price...
