The handcufff do not open and are just a solid designed charm. the handcuffs chain can slide threw the bail to get them to wear uneven if desired.

Pendant Size: 2 3/4 inches long with bail by 2 inches wide and 1/4 inch thick.

If you off set the handcuffs the pendant will be 3 1/4 inches long

The Charm and bail have clear stones (see photos)
