My father purchased this new and used it to take photos of a few houses back in the day. Years later, I inherited it and converted it to mount to my D90. I used it lightly since it's difficult to use compared to automatic lenses.

Japan made Nikon 28mm f/2.8 manual focus prime lens. This is a fantastic prime lens for film makers looking for a quality frame with full control, or for photographers looking to capture nature or other still life. I've used this for people photography with some great success, since it's auto focus equivalent was much more in price at the time.

It has been updated to mount to modern Nikon DSLR bodies (I included two photos showing this lens mounted to a D90; camera is NOT included in this auction). DSLR cameras use Manual mode for this camera (no autofocus, etc.).

Photos attached showing this has been well cared for. The glass appears to have some debris which could be cleaned if you are comfortable opening the housing or taking it to a service center for routine cleaning.
