Brand new. Bought this cute set in October for my granddaughter. By the time she actually tried them on in...February, the pants was a no. They are a 10/12. Top fit, but she didn't like the way it felt! Top is xl 14/16. Please look at pics. They can give more detailed description than I can. NWOT from a smoke free home.
