This vintage guitar is 71 years old. It plays well and the wood itself is solid. Action is good and the solid mahogany body creates a warm sound. Cosmetically, the guitar is covered with cracks in the cellulose finish. This is not uncommon for a guitar of this age. It also has its share of small nicks/dings. If someone wants a vintage American-made guitar that plays well but doesn't care about "age wrinkles," this is a great choice. Also, if someone were willing to spend a little time refinishing this beauty, it could be restored to its original luster. A John Pearse pickup has been added, along with a new pickguard. Sorry, no case included.
