Vintage Pre-1949 (says made in Taiwan Republic of China on bottom). Very heavy Bar Set over 5 lbs before packaged. Pre-Owned - does have multiple signs of age, use and storage. The outside chest is in nice condition, clasp works well, Chains that open on sides work well. When open the red felt has some wear off which is expected with the age of this. The lids of both decanters have small chips, I especially notice one corner on each decanter has worn down some and chipped. The actual decanters look real good and I didn't notice anything on them. The shot glasses - Amber glass has air bubbles / inclusions present from the manufacturing process. The rims of the glasses have an area or 2 that you can feel a defect but not actually see it. 2 glasses you can see a tiny chip on each along with the manufacture air bubbles and inclusions. They do show age and wear but it remains an amazing set to display and is perfect for your bar area, man cave, or collection
