The guitar is in excellent condition. Only sign of wear is two small marks on the top of the guitar which is pictured and a little finish bunp on the bottom of the guitar. Please refer to pictures. No fret wear and set up with a good action.

Guitar sounds great acoustically and plugged in through a large PA. A very comfortable size guitar to play.
