If you are interested in viewing the items, please ensure you make contact prior to bidding as this is not available on every item we sell and our warehouse is not open to the public. You will not be able to power any item up or conduct your own tests for health and safety reasons.
This item is available for collection within our working hours only, if planning to collect an appointment to do so will need to be arranged as the warehouse is not open to the general public - it will be shipped via Palletforce. Please do not request alternative arrangements after purchase as this may result in disappointment or your order being cancelled if we cannot accommodate. We will only ship your item to the name and address on your account and it will appear exactly as per your account information. Please ensure your contact phone number is correct as this maybe passed to our logistics company to arrange delivery.
As we are a recycling company we try to reuse as much packaging as possible to both reduce our carbon footprint and keep our P&P costs low for our customers. So please do not be alarmed if your packing box says it should contain another item (i.e. we often ship PC's in monitor boxes) or if there is any writing on the box from its previous use or inserts from other packaging used to hold items securely for transit. We package items well; we will never ship laptops in boxes we feel are too small to adequately protect them or with bubble wrap and card alone to keep the dimensions small. Your items safe carriage is our priority.
**Testing - If you are purchasing an item that under condition is listed as parts/not working, please be prepared that you will receive an item that maybe parts only and not working - but you may also receive an item that requires minimal technical assistance and get a real bargain - we list this way to protect buyers and ourselves. If we have stated that we have tested that an item powers on/boots into the BIOS etc to enable us to provide technical specifications, please take into account these boot tests are completed by skilled technicians with the correct accessories (power supplies/test RAM/tools etc) to perform the test. This does not mean you will be able to replicate this or that the item is working or that it is fully operational etc. We cannot be held responsible for any assumptions/presumptions made - if you are unsure about an item please reach out, we are always happy to help you make a purchase you are confident with. Some items may be fully operational and working, but listed as 'Untested' as we have not tested them ourselves due to workshop limitations therefore, we have listed them as parts only and our buyers get a fantastic bargain. Some items appear fully operational to us but due to the age and given electronic components can and will fail at any stage, we have listed the item as not working to protect both us and you. Buyers are responsible for checking safety of the item - Parts Only items have not been tested in any way, including safety checks and we can not be held liable for loss or damage.

We do not grade our equipment as it is subjective and we have found when purchasing products ourselves that our standards differ from others so we show as many photographs as we can of the actual product you will receive so as not to mislead our buyers. As all items are sold as seen, not extensively tested or cleaned, buyers accept that returns will be subject to a restocking fee.
Returns are only accepted on complete lots, not individual items and no batteries whether internal or external have any guarantee and it should be assumed by the buyer that any/all batteries will require replacement at the buyers cost.
Please be advised, if you are purchasing a Parts Only/Not Working item, it is highly likely that it is Parts Only and Not Working therefore returns will not be accepted for the reason Defective/Does not work. Accounts misusing the returns policy will be reported and accounts barred from bidding on auctions in the future.

In very rare and exceptional situations we maybe forced to substitute your item due to a warehouse/human error or incident. Should this happen we will always notify the buyer and give the opportunity to cancel the sale with no penalty or will substitute the item with an identical item or one of higher value.
