Up for sale is a LATE WWII JAPANESE OFFICERS NAVY SWORD W/SCABBARD.

The handle parts are stamped “13” and match each other as shown in the photos.

The scabbard is made of lacquered wood and still shiny. The scabbard does have some minor nicks in its middle as shown the photos as expected with its age. No cracks are present.

The wooden peg appears shorter then usual but still functions fine.

The blade is very shiny and in good condition with no nicks or dings as shown in the photos. I included several photos to show the blade’s condition.

The blade tang is stamped with the traditional naval anchor stamp as shown in the photos I included.

This is a nice piece of Japanese Craftsmanship. This is also a good chance to get one of these swords at a good price.

No rust is present and I included several photos of the blade for your review. The blade is shiny overall.

The entire sword measures aprox. 36.00” in length.

This Japanese Sword would make a very nice addition to anyone's Japanese edged weapon collection.
