Rare, original WWII German anti-aircraft 2cm Flak ammo wood crate 26 1/2" x 10" x 8". This wooden hinged 2cm Flak ammo box was shipped back to the US by Army soldier after the war ended.
The wooden box includes both outside & inside paper labels describing in German the contents of the 2cm Flak ammo box that held 100 rounds of belted ammo.
Condition: good considering its age, wear and tear that is consistent with the original use, shipping from Germany & use as a storage box in the US after the war.
This piece will make a nice addition to a collection of German WWII original field used items. Please see our pictures. We do not know of another example of a authentic 2cm Flak ammo box.
