The purchased products will be shipped following confirmation of payment.

The products will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer within the times and in the manner provided by the express courier.

Any damage or mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately reported to the courier carrying out the delivery, indicating the wording collection with reserve and specifying the reason on the appropriate accompanying document. Once the courier document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objections regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered.

Even if the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within five days of receipt.

Any report beyond the aforementioned deadlines will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration the customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.

Pursuant to Legislative Decree. 21 February 2014, n. 21, in compliance with the provisions of art. 52 of the same decree, the customer will be able to exercise the right of withdrawal freely and without any reason, giving notice no later than 14 days from receipt of the purchased product.

The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the product is perfectly intact in every part and in a normal state of conservation.

The returned product must not be deprived of the original packaging or parts thereof, nor bear signs of tampering or otherwise.

All products sold are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for defects of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02. To benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice (or DDT) that he will receive with the ordered goods. By accepting the purchase contract, the customer declares to take note of the assistance methods in force at the time of recourse to Warranty Assistance.

Responsibility

We accept no responsibility for loss of items after the goods have been delivered.

Technical information

The technical information entered is obtained from the information published by the manufacturer of the items included in our catalogue. Therefore, we reserve the right to modify/adapt the technical information of the products in the catalogue, even without any prior notice.

The images relating to the items may be indicative, the characteristics of the objects delivered may be slightly different from the photos presented in the catalogue.

Product Availability

We reserve the right to accept or reject orders placed and in any case until the goods are sold out.

The items for sale may be temporarily unavailable, in which case Messrs. Customers will be notified via email within a maximum of seven days of receipt of the purchase order.

In the event that the ordered item is no longer available, we avail ourselves of the right to cancel the request received, re-crediting any amounts paid.

Prices

The prices of the products displayed include VAT.
