Late 2009 Macbook 13" Core 2 Duo upgraded to 160 GB SSD. A fresh install of High Sierra put on. Includes 60W MagSafe power adapter!
This MacBook is in good working order, with the following minor issues:
- Small crack on the back near the hinge
- Light crack near Magsafe port
- Some scuffs/scratches on the top of the case
- Keycap for right arrow key is missing. The key works, just needs a keycap put back on.
- As was very common on this model, the rubber cover on the bottom came off. I attached felt feet on it to keep it from scratching tables it's placed on, which has worked well (also allows for slightly more airflow).
- Optical (DVD) drive works, but the rubber sleeve/gasket around the slot is loose as shown in the picture, so it sometimes takes a few attempts to remove media by making sure it's not blocking the disc's path.
- Take a look at the photos to make sure there is no other damage that will bother you -- I think I covered everything here, but you may have your own standards for what's noteworthy 🙂
