TERMS AND CONDITION

The parts we sell are from auto-salvage and secondhand cars and vans, as such, these parts will sometimes have small marks on them from everyday use i.e. stone chips. These minor blemishes will not be pointed out but any marks we consider significant will always be listed in the description. We will endeavor to supply the exact part you require but due to variations in manufacture we cannot guarantee parts are correct for the purpose required. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the parts bought are for their particular vehicle. Please check and ensure that this is the correct part for you by cross referencing all details mentioned i.e. part numbers or consult with a qualified mechanic. The information on eBay compatibility search is supplied for guidance only and we cannot guarantee its accuracy.Incorrectly ordered parts by customers will incur 15% handling charge and shipping costs will not be refunded. We will exchange or refund faulty parts with the exception of electrical goods which will only be exchanged.

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made via PAYPAL or cash on collection.

Payment must be made in full within 5 days otherwise negative feedback may be left and the items relisted.

All items paid before 1200 Hours will be dispatched same day with next working day delivery (Excluding PALLETS for more information please contact us)

Please also note that the delivery price will include materials and time. Packaging is recycled whenever possible to keep cost and environmental impact down.

All orders for collection only, will be required to get collected within 7 days of purchase. Unless agreed with us. If not collected within 7 days we will refund 85% of the purchase value and re list the item

RETURNS

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item within 48 Hours.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us.

If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. You need to notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, in exactly the same condition as sent out to the customer. Any items that are used or fitted on to a car, will not be refunded unless it is (in the unlikely event) faulty. Refunds are not issued until the item has been returned to us and checked, and the Ebay cancellation agreement has been accepted. Incorrectly ordered parts by customers incur time and material cost on our part, therefore a 15% handling charge be deducted from the original price and shipping costs will not be refunded.
