A Pennsylvania Railroad dining car bouillon spoon (small round bowl soup spoon) in the International Silver Co "Kings" pattern, the handle has a raised keystone with entwined block letters PRR, 4 7/8 inches long, marked INTNL SILVER CO with their IS trademark, silverplate is intact with expected tiny scratches, scuffs and dings from use, otherwise in good used condition with no bends, breaks or repairs. Unusual piece of railroad flatware.
