Rare Chess Set ORIGINAL  Czech/Austrian Česká klubovka

This is a rare and unique set original Czech design chessmen, made in Austria stamped on the box, from the early 20th century. This chess pieces are very similar to the elusive Austrian Upright Schlechter-Lasker Chess set. 

Complete set of 32 pieces, pieces are made of wood in excellent condition. with slide top wooden box

Kings are 3 7/8" almost 4 inches tall.

Pieces are in great shape for its age, no hairline cracks or repairs, just one knight has a very small chip in one ear, please see photos.

Pieces are unweighted and felted, all felts present in good condition.

The wooden box is in good shape, there is one crack or damage in one side of the box, the lid does not close properly but is in acceptable shape for its age. (Please see photos)

Overall the chess set is in very nice condition for its age.
